The Bluegrass Cartel is a "local all-star" traditional bluegrass band, originally put together by Birmingham mandolinist-about-town Jason Bailey. We can't even count how many years of bluegrass and how many millions of notes have been played by these musicians:
Expect lots of high-powered, barn-burning bluegrass from sources like Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs, Jimmy Martin, and the Stanley Brothers, and everything from lightning-fast banjo instrumentals to smooth vocal trios to an occasional gospel number or ballad. Hold onto your hat! |
